At UAN,
WE
Redefine luxury
Luxury is not about price, but about a moment that fulfills your heart
Our Philosophy
We believe that true luxury is not defined by a price tag,
but by the warmth it brings to our heart.
Luxury lives in the quiet details — the soft light of morning,
the silence between sips,
the gentle laughter that fills a home.
A bowl of matcha is more than a drink.
It is a pause in the rush of life, a return to the present moment,
a gift of stillness and renewal.
At UAN, we wish to redefine luxury not as excess, but as essence.
A single moment that lingers, pure and unhurried.
A luxury you can taste, feel, and carry with you
— long after the last sip.
The meaning of uan
The name UAN/遊庵 carries the spirit of two Japanese characters:
遊 (yu) – to play, to drift freely, to move with lightness.
庵 (an) – a quiet sanctuary embraced by simplicity and stillness.
Together, they form 遊庵, a vision of a peaceful retreat.
It represents a space where freedom and tranquility meet,
a sanctuary within the everyday where one can pause, breathe, and savor the present moment.
This is the heart of UAN Matcha.
Not merely a drink, but a companion to life itself.
On days heavy with work, it offers a soft comfort.
On weekends that drift slowly, it brings warmth and joy.
UAN Matcha is about blending into life, becoming part of the small, ordinary moments that make living beautiful.
