Shipping Policy

At UAN MATCHA, we want your order to arrive safely and on time.

Below are the details of our shipping process, couriers, and delivery times.

1. Couriers We Use

For international orders, any applicable import taxes, duties, or clearance fees will be borne by the customer.

Order Processing: All orders are prepared and shipped within 3–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays).
Estimated Delivery Times:
- Peninsular Malaysia: 2–3 business days
- Sabah & Sarawak: 5–7 business days
- International Orders: 7–14 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on the courier and destination.

Orders will be shipped only to the billing or shipping address provided at checkout.
Please ensure that your address and a valid contact number are entered correctly when placing your order.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes and can only deliver to legitimate physical addresses.
UAN MATCHA will not be held responsible for delays or non-delivery resulting from incomplete or inaccurate shipping information provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us due to incorrect details, re-delivery will be subject to additional shipping fees, which will be confirmed prior to arranging a second delivery attempt.

If you wish to change your shipping address, please email us at ✉ uanmatcha@gmail.com within 12 hours of placing your order.
Requests made more than 24 hours after order confirmation may incur additional shipping charges, which will be the responsibility of the customer.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
If you do not receive your tracking number within 48 hours, please check your email’s spam folder.
You may track your parcel directly on the courier’s website.

Shipping costs are calculated based on product weight and destination. The final cost will be displayed before payment at checkout.
